Weekly Q and A calls hosted by Shannon where you can share ideas, ask questions, and she will guide you through any roadblocks!
Gut Healthy Recipes
Gut Healthy Recipes are available to make your weekly meal plans simple and delicious. Anyone lactose intolerant? Vegetarian? Food allergies? No problem, these recipes are adjustable, and we will guide you around these food issues as needed.
Online Learning Platform
This platform hosts modules to educate you throughout the 12-week program on the principles and strategies to a healthy lifestyle!
Accountability
Shannon will guide you through this program step-by-step because your success is her success! You will have access to an electronic Q&A board where you can post questions as they arise and get answers so you can move quickly and easily through any stumbling blocks.
